Running late? Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment. Your service will end on time so the next client is not delayed.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your appointment please call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If an appointment is cancelled or changed less than 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the price. A no-show appointment is charged the full service price.
